Charging your iPhone (or iPod Touch) usually takes about almost 2 to 3 hours if your fully drain to finish. I found this free utility app call Turbo Charger which will lessen your charging time and it can show you how much time for the charging to finish. It also has a alarm that will sound when your battery is now full.
